Aims and objectives
This one day, BPS verified course allows delegates to gain the skills required to administer and score psychometric tests. Many organisations find it useful to have a pool of people able to perform these crucial roles as part of a recruitment process. This also helps ensure that test administration is standardised within the organisation.
Course Content
The course covers the principles when inviting candidates to take a test, how to carry out the administration and answer candidate queries and how to accurately score the results.
Qualification achieved
Successful trainees gain the British Psychological Society (BPS) qualification in Assistant Occupational Test User. Delegates will be eligible for membership of the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU), as a Registered Assistant Test User
Course Format
We offer this one-day course as an in-house course and adapt it for specific organisational requirements, for example by incorporating the exact tests that delegates will be using in the workplace. We recommend training between four and six delegates on each course. The course can be held either at your organisation’s premises or at RFL premises in Kingston Upon Thames.
Cost
£1,200 (excluding VAT and travel expenses) for up to 6 delegates
