She has carried out numerous assessment and development projects on behalf of public and private sector clients. Lorraine is also a highly experienced executive coach having coached many senior leaders and high potential individuals in the government, charity and corporate sectors. She has assessed and coached high potential managers at international development workshops on behalf of financial services organisations. In addition, she has ongoing experience of leadership and management development programmes across both central and local government.
As well as being an RFL associate for the past five years, Lorraine is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and an accredited and certified coaching psychologist (MISCP). She is also a Registered Test User and regularly uses a wide range of psychometric tests and personality questionnaires.
