Rachael is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching and executive assessment and selection. She has been a RFL associate for over three years and has worked with a range of clients including NHS Trusts, government departments and many private sector companies within the retail, leisure, energy & water, financial and pharmaceutical sectors.
Rachael’s supportive and challenging style helps her clients to explore situations with new perspective, identify barriers and formulate sustainable solutions to which they feel committed.
She has designed and managed numerous assessment centres, leadership development and talent management programmes. She is also an experienced executive coach and team facilitator, designing and facilitating events that enable senior teams to make positive transitions.
Rachael has worked for several Business Psychology organisations including OPP Ltd. She is a leading UK expert in the use of MBTI (training others to use it) and is accredited to use a range of other psychometric tools. She is also an accredited facilitator on The Centre for Corporate Leadership’s “Leadership through the Looking Glass” management programme.
