David is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He specialises in assessment in the public sector and private sector (central and local government and the NHS). During his 30 years as an Occupational Psychologist he has carried out several hundred projects for a range of board level, senior management and specialist positions. He frequently designs assessment processes and materials on behalf of clients. David has also devised and assessed for talent management schemes for a range of public and private sector clients, and carried out both individual and career coaching on behalf of organisations.
David has been an associate of RFL for ten years, managing a variety of assessment projects amongst public and health sector clients.
