We design centres which measure required competencies in the most effective and efficient manner. Depending upon client need, we can be as involved as they wish. We can design and manage the entire centre or simply design elements and exercises to be used by the clients’ own resource. Our centres are used for assessing a wide range of roles, using both bespoke and “off the shelf” materials as necessary.
Depending upon client need, we will:-
- identify and develop suitable exercises to measure the qualities sought
- source suitable premises
- provide pre-assessment instructions for candidates
- resource the administration and scoring of tests
- provide psychological input to assess candidates’ performance
- chair assessment panels to help objective decision making
- produce reports on candidates’ strengths and weaknesses based on their performance during assessment centres
- provide candidate feedback.
