Our development coaches work on a structured basis to help individuals to achieve their personal development goals. Individuals are supported in planning their development, building on their strengths and addressing development needs in order to make tangible improvements to their performance.

Our coaches are all highly experienced Occupational Psychologists who also hold coaching qualifications. They support and challenge their clients by drawing upon a range of psychological techniques such as psychometric testing, cognitive behavioural therapy and appreciative enquiry as well as other executive coaching tools. They create strong relationships, working closely with clients for open discussion about issues affecting their ability to fulfil potential.

Each coaching programme includes review sessions where progress against specific objectives is assessed. Sessions end with clearly defined action points for the individual to follow through.

We have undertaken coaching as part of Leadership and Talent Management Development programmes, to help teams perform more effectively and to support Board Development programmes.
