RFL offers a variety of bespoke courses and workshops using our psychological skills and assessment expertise to provide tutoring on topics which are crucial to an organisation or individual being able to carry out best practice assessment. These are usually offered in-house at a client’s premises and adapted to specific client needs.
Bespoke courses offered include:-
Assessment panel training - we provide bespoke training for assessment panel members who may be new to the role or require up to date familiarisation with the skills and legislation. These flexible workshops incorporate the basics of assessment, interviewing skills, familiarisation with the assessment exercises, diversity awareness and guidance on making final decisions. They are designed to suit the organisation’s needs and delivered at venues to suit the client.
Testing People with Disability – this day-long course considers the legal and best practice requirements to ensure that candidates with disabilities are not discriminated against by assessment processes and materials.
Giving Candidate Feedback – many people responsible for recruitment welcome objective and independent instruction on how to constructively provide candidates with feedback from a recruitment or promotion campaign. We use our many years of interviewing experience to work closely with delegates to ensure they feel comfortable and are made aware of the best practice methods of providing candidate feedback.
- Competency Interviewing is increasingly used as part of recruitment or promotional campaigns and organisations often find it helpful to gain practical support in the methods of carrying out this style of interview.
We are also able to draw upon a wide range of psychological tools and techniques within the assessment and development areas to provide adhoc training for clients in other areas.
