RFL developed the BFPQ as a cost effective and reliable ‘big five’ tool for use by Psychologists and assessment professionals. The BFPQ is a 240-item questionnaire that generates a personality profile against the big five domains and associated facets.
The 2021 updated BFPQ is now available to qualified practitioners who want to securely collect and manage big five norm data. This enables them to accurately compare individual candidates to other candidates they have shortlisted for the same or similar position or to a wider group of applicants. All data is collected anonymously and in line with GDPR regulations.
