Julia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with expertise in the areas of personnel assessment and development, talent management, training and coaching. She has over a decade of consulting experience, with assignments across the private, public and not for profit sectors, in a range of different industries; some of the organisations with which Julia has worked include British Airways, British Gas, Government Legal Service, NHS, DEFRA, DfE, Rexam, Serco, Zurich Insurance, amongst others.
Julia has extensive experience in assessment and psychological profiling of individuals, from graduates to board level executives, for selection, development and talent management purposes, utilising a wide range of tools and methodologies. She also has in-house experience of strategic talent management, involving a range of different interventions designed to identify, develop and deploy individuals with talent potential.
Her approach is rigorous, evidence-based, insightful, and consistently aimed at delivering high quality products and services to her client.
Julia is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Special Group in Coaching Psychology and the Health and Care Professions Council. She is qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments, including NEO-PI-3, OPQ 32, MQ, MBTI, FIRO-B, Saville Consulting’s WAVE and the Hogan Development Survey.
