Kate is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 15 years experience in the fields of management development and senior leader assessment. She has been an associate of RFL for over five years, managing a variety of public and health sector clients.
She has carried out in-depth psychological assessments for a large number of senior positions across central government, the NHS and other public sector clients. Kate has also designed and managed assessment assignments for a range of private sector companies across the finance, retail, energy and pharmaceutical industries.
Kate is an expert in the application of a number of psychometric tools and trains HR professionals and managers in a range of assessment processes and tools. She is a member of the MBTI™ training faculty and qualifies Managers, HR professionals and Coaches in its use.
She also works extensively in the field of development and is an experienced executive coach. She has coached executives across both public and private organisations including senior civil servants and senior figures in the insurance, financial services, energy and consumer goods companies.
