Neil Winter is a Registered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is an associate of RFL. He specialises in executive development and senior level assessment across retail, manufacturing, finance and public services. His focus is on helping people achieve their potential. Over the past 20 years he has worked with a range of individuals including board members and senior executives in both the private and public sectors.
Neil now works closely with a selection of UK and international clients in the placement and support of their senior staff. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School.
