Rachel Frost is the Managing Director and Principal Psychologist of RFL. Having founded the company in 1998 she continues to manage client assignments as well as personally coaching and assessing senior leaders and staff.
As a Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Expert Witness, she is committed to helping individuals grow and reach their potential in the workplace. She has worked in the fields of occupational and coaching psychology for over 30 years, in various consultancy and expert roles and as a Principal Psychologist for the Cabinet Office.
Rachel now works closely with a range of organisations to support business delivery and change. Her particular interest lies in ensuring that accurate assessment of personality facilitates the release of full potential and in turn maximises job satisfaction and ultimately business performance.
Rachel is a Fellow of both the British Psychological Society and the Association of Coaching, a Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychologists and an Associate Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychologists. As well as assessing practitioners in Level 1: Assistant Test User and Level 2: Test User, Ability and Personality Qualifications, she is on the BPS Panel which reviews Psychometric Tests and an associate member of the Academy of Experts.
