Ruth works as an associate psychologist for RFL Ltd. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years experience. She specialises in assessment, development, and executive coaching. She is also an experienced management trainer who has delivered a range of training courses; in particular she is highly experienced in designing and delivering assessor and interviewer skills training.
Ruth has worked with a range of levels in organisations, from apprentices and graduates through to senior managers. Shehas worked across a range of public, private and tertiary sector organisations including banking, government departments, housing, leisure, retail, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and utilities. She has also worked in a number of European countries, including Spain, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, Poland, and Ireland, as well as farther a field in South Africa, Dubai, and Morocco.
Ruth is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. She is a founder member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She also holds a Certificate in Coaching and has a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Ruth is qualified and experienced in using a wide range of psychometric instruments; she holds certification from the BPS as a Level A and Level B test user.
